Refund & Exchange Policy
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the Calor & Co Exchanges Portal and/or initiating a purchase or service request on calorandco.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please refrain from transacting on calorandco.com.

General Terms & Return Process
We offer exchanges and returns within 5 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours. Kindly bear with us for the shipping time of your exchange piece as it ships based on stock availability.
• Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse.
• Reverse pickup is subject to availability at your pincode.
• A return/exchange shipping fee of ₹200 (or more depending on pincode) will apply.
After the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC). Once approved:
• Return orders are refunded via credit note issued to your registered email.
• No cash/online refunds are provided.
Return items must be shipped back in the same condition as delivered. If the item is received in worn, damaged, or tampered condition, we will not process the request.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Cancellations & Refunds
• Order cancellations are only permitted for COD orders before dispatch.
• Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds (where applicable) are issued as credit notes equivalent to the MRP/selling price, valid for 6 months.
• Credit notes are non-refundable and redeemable only on our online store.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for partial COD payments if an order is cancelled.

Defective/Damaged Product – Review Period
If you receive a defective or damaged product, email us with full parcel unboxing video at justcalor@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
7-Day Review Window:
Issues like colour bleeding, print cracks, or finishing flaws must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
If verified, we will arrange a pickup and issue a replacement.
Requests raised after 7 days are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Exchange/Return Mandatory Conditions
You may initiate an exchange/return if:
• (a) the product does not fit;
• (b) the product or packaging is damaged;
• (c) the product is defective;
• (d) an accessory or part is missing.
To qualify, the product must meet all of the following:
• Not worn, washed, cleaned, or tampered with.
• Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• No stains, odours, tears, scratches, dents, or visible wear.
• Product must match our order records.
• If purchased as a set, it must be returned as a complete set.
• Product must be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, saleable condition.
• We must be satisfied that the product has not been damaged or rendered unusable.

Return logistics are handled by our reverse-pickup partners. Once your request is acknowledged, they may contact you directly to complete the pickup.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
